Background: Zito was self-taught at the age of eleven and has played/recorded with members of Guns N' Roses, Pat Travers and The Ramones. Zito has also scored music for independent films in which his song "Rain" was featured in the documentary "Ride On Brother" with the proceeds going to the families of the victims of the 911 tragedy.

Although Zito has recently played solo acoustic/electric shows, he is currently working with a band which features Kent Graves on drums and Tom Pardue on bass. The trio is in pre-production and scheduled to record in mid-September with the music being an artform of an eclectic blend of ethereal sounds of the past and the future of music.
